If we are innately complete,
why are we still in pursuit?

All our unhappiness and agony stem from the fact that we complicate both the pursuit and the accomplishment—simply because we don’t fully understand how they actually work.

That’s the beauty of it.

I’m not saying you should abandon your goals or stop pursuing what you want. If your Vasana—the desire that drives you—tells you to go after something, then go for it. But enjoy the process.

You may even know deep down that you don’t need it but still feel drawn to it because your Vasana is strong. That’s okay.
If you feel you need it—then go get it. Otherwise, society itself would fall into disorder.

If everyone just sat in silence saying, “I'm going to seek Ananda (bliss),” then what’s the point of being born on this Earth?
Did we come here just to sit and meditate?

We are made of Ananda, Jiveshna (the urge to live), and Vasana—and these are not contradictions.

You can’t say, “If I’m truly Ananda, then why do I have Vasanas?”

Because Vasana exists for your physical and mental experience—not for the soul.
The soul is already whole, complete, and content.
But we are not fully in touch with that soul-state yet—and so, we have Vasanas. And that’s perfectly natural.
